TREEPART implements efficient topology-aware hierarchical partitioning, load balancing and communication routines for massively parallel unstructured mesh workflows for fluid-dynamics multiscaling modelling. It leverages knowledge of hardware hierarchies and modern one-sided/shared-node communication protocols to reduce load imbalance and improve communication by optimal placement of partitioned data.
