We developed a real time cyber risk assessment approach and module which periodically assesses the risk of cyber security incidents within an organisation, determines their probable consequences and presents warning levels and alerts for users.

Our component has been integrated into the SPHINX platform within a healthcare environment. It works well in this context. Next steps: (1) Further development to support different sectors. (2) Incorporate threat intelligence.
The model can be utilised in different sectors. Some additional configurations shall be needed to incorporate new information and adapt to the new environment, but the core functionality of the component remains the same.
