The URBiNAT NBS Catalogue is a collection of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) and an online selection tool that citizens can co-select and co-create according to their needs and aspirations, and local environmental conditions, and an online selection tool. The Catalogue consists of four categories of NBS: Territorial, Technological, Participatory, and Social & Solidarity Economy. By combining physical and infrastructural solutions with social and economic practices, the aim is to build collective awareness on commonalities, both material and immaterial, and contribute to a better understanding of human and non-human dimensions of our urban environments. The URBiNAT NBS Catalogue is a living, continuously expanding and improving tool intended for the benefit of citizens, urban planners, local entrepreneurs, and anyone with an interest in the potential of NBS in the transition towards more environmentally sustainable and liveable cities.

We are looking for policymakers who, as key actors involved in urban transformation processes, integrate the use of the URBINAT interactive NBS catalogue in their participatory approach to co-designing urban spaces.
The URBINAT NBS catalogue can also be used for further research and experiential insights in both participatory processes, i.e. the integration of citizen ideas and behaviours in the framework of co-design and co-creation processes, and the creation of NBS-based Healthy Corridors for inclusive urban regeneration.
