The HARMONIA Integrated Resilience Assessment Platform is a comprehensive system that assesses and provides relevant information for the current and future state of extreme events hazard-driven impacts in urban environments.
Technically speaking, the IRAP is a constellation of cloud-based datasets and services made accessible through a REST API20 and a suitable backend framework. It encompasses several main functionalities:
• Data Integration
• AI-Driven Models
• Risk Assessment and Mapping
• Informed decision-making
• Urban Planning
• Health and Well-being Assessment
Following the functionalities, the added value of IRAP relies in the offer to end users a wide-ranging, data-driven platform for effective multi-hazard risk assessment, decision support, and urban planning. Having different modules in one platform increase the convenience and usability. The combination of accurate information, spatial and temporal analysis, and health insights enables end users to improve the performance, reduce multi-risks, that leads to the long-term cost reduction while creating sustainable and healthy urban environments.
