This KER is about a generic control station that will be compatible with a large number of robotics systems for I&M. The generic robot control station will be used for planning and supervision of the robotic system and it will facilitate the training of a single operator for different robotics systems.

After the first Integration Week, during which the first laboratory tests with all real systems were carried out, the first version of gRCS has been made available to the project partners.
Last week, the first pilot visual inspection of a viaduct with an aerial robotic system was carried out successfully and the gRCS worked perfectly.
Following the tunnel and refinery inspection pilots, which are currently underway, a report on possible failures is expected from the partners.
Once these possible bugs have been fixed, a stable version, which has been tested in real cases by all robotic systems, is planned to be released.
Therefore, it is expected that by the end of this year the application will be in a stable version and tested in real environments by all the robotic systems covered by the project.
Within the project, an Exploitation Plan has been elaborated and promoted to identify which Key Exploitable result are most promising to the PILOTING solutions end-users. Different PILOTING stakeholders have been invovled in order to get early feedback on the feasibility and commercial value of the proposed solutions from the industry. This means that the results of the project are aligned with the needs of the industry. Within this exploitation plan, a series of proposals have been selected to develop Value Proposition Models (using the CANVAS template). This technology is one of the value propositions developed within PILOTING. In the next months, business models will be generated for the more interesting one and an industrialization plan will be defined to reach the market within 2 years after the end of the project, will be developed.
