This result is a BIM assisted energy-refurbishment assessment tool, for bridging the gap between commercial simulators and the BIM management system. It aims to develop a solution capable of bridging commercial simulator features with that of the BIM management platform. This will enable a decision support software component with national renovation measure databases compiling and running the renovation scenarios fitted to the building to be refurbished.
