Initialfonds Bremen

Der Initialfonds Bremen ist eine Initiative zur finanziellen Unterstützung von innovativen Start-ups und kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) in der Region Bremen. Verwaltet von der BAB Beteiligungs- und Managementgesellschaft Bremen mbH (BBM), bietet das Programm stille und offene Beteiligungen, um die Kapitalbasis junger Unternehmen mit nachhaltigen und zukunftsweisenden Geschäftsmodellen zu stärken. Vorrangiges Ziel ist es, technologieorientierte und innovative Unternehmensgründungen zu fördern und damit das Wirtschaftswachstum und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in Bremen zu stärken.

Expected Outcome

Zu den erwarteten Ergebnissen des Initial Fund Bremen gehören:

  • Verbesserte Innovationsfähigkeit: Stärkung der Bremer Wirtschaft durch Unterstützung von Unternehmen bei der Durchführung zukunftsweisender Projekte.

  • Verbesserte finanzielle Stabilität: Stärkung der finanziellen Grundlagen von KMU, damit sie private Investitionen anziehen und zusätzliche Finanzierungsquellen erschließen können.

  • Schaffung und Bewahrung von Arbeitsplätzen: Beitrag zur Schaffung und Erhaltung von Arbeitsplätzen in der Region, wodurch wirtschaftliche Stabilität und Wachstum gefördert werden.

Maximale Finanzierungssumme pro Projekt

  • Stille Partnerschaften: Bis zu 750.000 € pro 12-Monats-Zeitraum, mit einem kumulativen Maximum von 1,2 Millionen € pro Unternehmen.

  • Offene Partnerschaften: Bis zu €200.000 als alleiniger Investor; bis zu €750.000 in Zusammenarbeit mit privaten Investoren.

Scope

Das Programm zielt darauf ab:

  • Technologie-orientierte und innovative Start-Ups: Finanzielle Unterstützung für neue Unternehmen, die bahnbrechende Technologien oder einzigartige Lösungen entwickeln.

  • Stärkung der Innovation in bestehenden KMU: Unterstützung etablierter kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung innovativer Projekte zur Verbesserung ihrer Marktposition.

  • Unterstützung von Wachstum und Unternehmensnachfolge: Erleichterung von Expansionsplänen und Gewährleistung reibungsloser Übergänge bei Unternehmensnachfolgen, um Kontinuität zu wahren und Wachstum zu fördern.

Die Antragsteller müssen einen tragfähigen und nachhaltigen Geschäftsplan sowie eine umfassende Finanzierungsstrategie vorlegen.
