The tool lets the user define an arbitrary cooling system, and the planning tool assesses the benefits of DC compared to building specific cooling systems.
Different alternatives can be investigated and compared, and a feasible solution identified. The assessment is carried out in economic, energy efficiency and emissions point of views.
