Based on these gathered insights from the MMpredict cohort we have established the treatment decision matrix as presented in the project deliverables. We want to highlight that all current results are initial findings and are not validated in independent cohorts, as such the conclusions should be interpreted with care. Nevertheless, we have found gene expression-based characteristics that could help individual patients and their care-givers in choosing the most optimal therapy regimen for the treatment of Multiple Myeloma and by doing so we have succeeded in achieving our project goals.
