A collaboration platform for supporting the decision-making and information sharing in renovation workflows (although it can be applied to any otehr decision-making process), with the following features:
- Open BIM (IFC) based. It supports IFC2x3 and 4 formats as well as multi-scale viewers (threeJS for IFC, Cesium for KML at district level)
- It provides an advanced mechanisms to query and analysis the IFC model (colour the model by attribute value, filter the elements not fulfulling a criteria, search, etc.)
- General project management and file management functionalities, offered also through an open API layer (REST web services) which enables the integration of 3rd party tools (e.g. by developing a plug-in to the platform)
- Multi-criteria decision-making with a flexible scenario management and KPI weighing and evaluating mechanism. The decision-maker can select the applicable KPIs for a project, define a target value and customised weighing and scoring systems, which allows to rank and priritise the different scenarios

Our next goals are to reach higher levels of automation by including tools and services for various purposes (reality capture, connection with open data, simulation…) so that user-driven workflows are gradually replaced or compelmeted by semi-automated workflows
Since it is a cloud-based software, it is easily replicable and accesible from potentially any market/geographical location
The solution helps customers to more efficienctly manage the project and BIM-related information and allow efficient decision-making in relation to sustainability aspects of a building.
