The DENiM worker profiler, is a tool for the skills assessment of workers in the industrial sectors. It can assess competences of every worker at different level in the company and to provide a skill gap between the skills currently owned and the ones he/she needs to acquire, to be aligned with international Standard Databases and to upskill from a job profile to the ones closer. The innovation is mainly represented by the use of ICDs as key data source, by the precise tracking of the skill gap and by the suggestions of the job profiles that the worker could move to if he/she wants to change role. Moreover, the panel of job profiles included in the worker profiler is made by existing key archetypes for Energy management and totally new job profiles retrieved using technologies from patents and a process of cluster analysis.
